Ah, well been there a few times at this point. There is a wonderful university I've worked for/with/ around there (grin). I'd encourage anyone to visit the north, unique places. people and stories!

It's very neat to see these put into textiles, and this one is particularly striking on the bedding. Thank you for including all of the information about where they were found and what they actually say; it's unusual to get so much information in a Spoonflower description, and I am enjoying learning so much from your work.

Probably a problematic general fabric design. A former Commission design, now public. Made for Wallpaper labels (peel and stick) and for fabric tags. Works well for that application. Sharpie pens were used to add the lettering, as well FRAY-CHECK to finish edges.
