If floor tiles took drugs our floors would be wild places full of art nouveau corkscrew curves, tiny hearts, droopy flowers, and art deco diagonal boxes. Thankfully, floor tiles have no mouths or veins so they have no way to take drugs. We can walk all over them with impunity, and enjoy these orange diagonal box patterns, with no fear that they will appear in the bathroom some night, beneath our feet, when we turn on the light. Though my monitor shows areas of tan and pink, the orange tones so overpower those on my printed proof, that the overall look negates them. That proof was printed on quilting cotton. In my case it is the size I personally wanted for my eight inch proof of the design. Because this is custom printing designs can be made in any (technically possible and reasonable looking) size. You can even order the same design in two sizes, such as a yard of big and a yard of small, to use together. This does take communication and co-ordination with the artist. But do not think that the scale you see on the screen is the only way the design comes. If you need tiny and the design is big, or the reverse, you can buy a design you like that way.
