This virtual batik fabric is derived from a real batik stamp of baby sea turtles.To cut out a skirt, it is meant to be used crosswise, with flared gores running from selvedge to selvedge, or used as a sarong wrap-style skirt. It is wide enough for the twill fabric, will have a single border on the narrower fabrics._____July2012 - I have ordered swatches of this, in the new colors. So it should be possible for me to make it available for sale soon, if colors don't need adjusting. July 23 - swatches have arrived. Colors looked a little richer on the linen-cotton than on the twill with its dead-white background.
