Tsundere is a common term in Japanese manga and anime; it describes a trope in which a character is initially hostile or cold toward another person, and over time they begin to show their affectionate side, usually in the form of a crush. Some redditor started overlaying crudely drawn anime and manga features onto photos of real sharks, and thus tsundere sharks were born. See reddit.com/r/tsunderesharks.
