Please understand that spoonflower printing DPI is 150 but the plaids designing DPI is different . Designing DPI controls the size and number of repeat . Many times spoonflower by error changes the designing DPI to default 150 DPI . This will change the size of repeat and it will make all the repeats bigger and number of repeats in the width will reduce . Make sure that when you get your fabric it has correct designing DPI . If you will order FAY of different designs you can only check the colors if designing DPI is different for different designs as FAY are printed at 150 printing and designing DPI . Please contact me if you need help . I can change size etc or even share the design with you .
