This version of the dots is intended for doll making, miniature models, that sort of thing. The ratio of a dot to its surrounding space is 1:4 on the horizontal plane. In this size there are approximately 6 polka dots per inch, with a diameter of 1 millimeter each. There are approximately 3 millimeters between dots horizontally and 1 1/2 millimeters between dots vertically. I am unable to do this exactly because the millimeters to not exactly relate to the pixels in Adobe PhotoShop.
There are 3 colors of dots. This is 3 different rustic pastels. They are lavender, cadet blue and olive green. The background is black.
When I look at these playful dots I think of a masquerade during Mardi Gras in Louisiana. In regards to sewing clothing for a person, you might prefer a larger size but as is these dainty dots would also make a fun blouse or dress. I am envisioning it on Satin, a fabric with lots of sheen that would add bling to the overall effect.
