Ara birds are large Macaws known for their long tails and regal plumage and the male and female birds (originally separate artwork) are combined in this original pattern of the artist. Macaws and Peacocks were a popular bird often featured in luxury home decor before and after the turn of the century, especially in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements. For an added look of luxury it is recommended to print on Metallic wall papers. Additional colorways and other bold luxury designs from this era are available in THE GATSBY COLLECTION in the SalvageScapes store. Message us for new size and color requests.
