A small scale and totally hand drawn horizontal stripe with a retro feeling. Specifically, the era this re-creates is the era of palatial movie theater palaces that were built after world war one, but before the 1929 stock market crash. The name of the style is craftsman/arts and crafts. The era started in the 1880's but was still around throughout prohibition. I envision this the wallpaper on the hallway leading to the speakeasy, where energetic young flappers and their dates, could score some forbidden hootch.
