With the recent horrific attacks all around our world, I thought 'Flowers Not Bombs' would be a timely double take for the Beta Brand challenge. We could all use some peace, some flowers, some hope. Imagine. I used a palette inspired by the bright 1960's concert posters, since some of the recent conflicts of our time, are a double take of, or reminiscent of that period of US history. (some amazing posters by Kelly, etc. are currently on display at the new SFMOMA) 7.2016
