This design is a Halloween reworking of the original Secret Garden skirt. This kit is for a little girls wrap around skirt. It will fit up to approx. 26 inch waist and length is approx 17 inch, I won't put an age to it as children vary such a lot. Also on your yard of fabric you get a cut out little pouch purse and a yo-yo brooch to compliment any little girl's outfit. If you look at the pink skirt pattern you will see some illustrations of how the kit should look when stitched. A useful suggestion from a lady who bought the skirt pattern, she added some snap fasteners, a good idea to keep the skirt secure on a windy day!
