My idea for a cut-and-sew pencil case is I will let you figure out what and how to do it. Buy a yard or fat quarter of this fabric, wrap up your colored pencils in it, tie it up with a pretty ribbon and call it a day...all done! That might make a nice gift for an artistic friend or child.
