A little play on words here.....literally a "Fashion Plate". A "Fashion Plate" or "Fashion Dish" is a saying we have here in the U.S. for someone that is a fashionista or very stylish; as in "She is a real fashion plate!" Her hat is a teacup and saucer filled with flowers. This lovely dish has her cool white strappy platforms on her feet, along with her new swishy skirt she just bought at the mall. Bangles up to her elbows, sassy new earrings, a sexy curl on her forehead ~ she's ready to hit the town in a big, bold, fashionista /dinnerware way! Hand drawn by me digitally.
