Six orphaned cars met in a dark red parking lot. They were a pink 1959 Nash Metropolitan, a pink 1958 Rambler, a red 1957 Hudson Hornet, a blue 1953 Kaiser, a taupe 1946 Hudson, and a green 1939 Studebaker. They didn't say anything to each other. (They're cars fercrissakes. Cars don't talk). But they did make people smile in a nostalgic way, for their first car, or their grandfather's car, or just the old iron that is now only seen in memories and at car shows.
