Inspiration comes from the bunnies that I see in the backyard from time to time. It also recalls the pet bunnies I had to care for as a child on our farm. This was originally created for the limited color palette contest that assigned gray, cream, cucumber and peach, plus white and black. (I have since tweaked the colors a little so they are more to my liking.) I have used textures or patterns to lend the illusion of varied tones. I particularly love how this hand drawn work is closer to the art I might create on a canvas.
