This is an original design of a circus seal I drew by free hand using virtual pastels chalk in Painter. The blue, yellow, and red orange gradated background was created in Photoshop. The background has a very soft transition with an almost invisible dithered effect which creates a sense of depth to this design. I wanted the seal to look like a circus seal of a past era. This is a great children's whimsical fabric! Also use this bright design as wallpaper in a children's room or for child's birthday wrapping paper.
