My take on the Geek Chic theme of this year's Fabric 8 competition. Working in tech support has me pretty familiar with geekishness. Hopefully this design brings chic into the equation! Just in case anyone wants to know... here's a list of all the stuff in the print: circuitry, RAM, CD-Rs, electrical cords, USB cords, power buttons, microchips, and CPU fans. The design repeats seamlessly, even down to the little circuitry repeat... which took a lot of meticulous work! This challenge was a lot of fun, and I threw out a bunch of other ideas before I could make one work. Geek chic is a pretty niche category!
