A couple weeks before my father passed away, he made his last excursion with us, and we visited a consignment store to look at the furniture and art. As we were looking around, my father took a great interest in a glass vase on display. I took a couple photographs of him looking at the vase. These were the last photographs of him standing up outside his home. Shortly after his death, I went to the store and bought vase, and it is a reminder of that last happy outing with my father. I made this design from a photograph of the vase.
