One yard up/down is a full repeat, but you can make this as long as you want, and get continuous dots. Players can toss a beanbag on circles, then act out each movement, taking turns. If it lands on two circles, do both. If you physically shouldn't do things like kneel and hop, then replace with arm motions. Small players can stand on the mat; adults or large groups can play out the motions while circling the mat. Playing alone, you can stand wherever you'd like, and it can be an informal guide.
