This really is an argyle design. You have symmetrical alternating diamonds running diagonally, which is basically what argyle is. But this is argyle on drugs because the alternating diamonds are full of other triangular, curved, and angular patterns . On my monitor this design looks rather aqua. And technically the aqua that you see on the screen is really there. But because of its juxtaposition with olive, and pale lime and shamrock greens, the end result is a pattern that looks like green fabric from a distance. There is a whole lot of fine detail to each of these diamonds and the aqua twists between them. I wish this site had one of those mouse cursor magnifiers you see on web sites that sell things. In those sites you place a square over an area of the overall product image and it makes that section large on your screen. But this site does not have that so you can only guess at the exact detail. All I can explain is what appears as solid color shading is often little dots or lines or stripes that only can be seen in the crop view that you do not get.
