Your selected design is digitally printed on the front and back of the pillow. All extra long lumbar throw pillow covers are designed by independent artists, from around the world, and printed and sewn in the USA.
Pillow covers may be purchased with an insert, sold separately. If you choose to purchase the pillow cover only, we recommend an insert one to two inches larger than your cover for the fullest look.

Set of cute poop happy poop emoji ornament plushie stuffed toy pillow DIY project. Cut 'n' Sew This pattern is designed to fit on any fat quarter measuring 27.00in x 18.00in, 150 DPI, basic repeat. Recommended fabric: Any stretchable fabric such as, Fleece, Minky or Cotton Spandex Jersey THINGS NEEDED: Design template, Scissors, Stuffing, Thread, Needle HOW TO MAKE: 1. Using scissors cut along the dotted line (seam allowance). 2. Pin right sides (FRONT and BACK) facing together. 3. Make a few (notches) cuts in the seam. 4. Sew along the edge of the illustration leaving a 2” or 3” gap. 5. Turn the right side out through the gap and fill with stuffing. 6. Hand sew gap to desired squish level.
