When I look at the golden stripes, twisting dark red branches, arrows/hearts, green dots, and rising sun /daisy of this large scale design I think of a yukata (which is a cotton robe cut in the same style as a kimono). It looks so crisp, precise and Japanese to me. Of course you don't have to sew a yukata out of it. This design would work for curtains or wallpaper too. The only thing it won't work for are small scale crafts projects. The repeat on it is approximately 8 inches by 10 1/2. That means this is a design for items larger than 8 inches, unless you don't care if you never see it in the way it repeats. (file h05g)
