Numbers 1- 13, color names, animals and bugs: dog, cows, pigs, crows, fish, turtles, frogs, lizards, snakes, racoons, chickens, duck, goose, turkey, pheasant, pidgeon, spiders, ladybugs and a dragonfly One yard makes 2 books When I made a book, out of this fabric, I used thin plastic chopping board mats for page stiffening. I first cut them into pieces 5/8 inches smaller than the fabric, then inserted the plastic between a front and a back page. I then used an overcast stitch to bind the 3 pieces together. since the plastic made the book a thicker, I made a cloth handle on the book so the toddler could easily carry the book around.
