I normally print these on Organic Cotton Sateen Ulta. The border is intended to be a folding line with a sewing allowance in the white space so it can easily have edges turned under, ironed, and sewn onto a finished product. It should be saved properly, but if not, ensure it is printed at 550dpi or larger in order to meet text size requirements. This label states the weight limits as 8-35lb.
