This design got it's name because in the original, an area in the design made me think of Boris…

All of my original designs are made by photographing trees and then kaleidoscoping the images by a flip process. Sometimes color washes and or gradients are added. The latest evolution of my design process further kaleidoscopes the images allowing me to offer a number of twists for each of my designs. The original designs tend not to lend themselves as well to fabric patterns so most often only the twists will be available here.

I love trees and their energy, and how forests are filled with that energy. I often photograph trees, and I began to wonder as I would look at the images, "what would it look like if I could twist my view of the forest like a kaleidoscope?"
