orderly garden that might be -- making geometry fun!
My entry for the Small-Scaled Geometric design contest conjures a tiny garden of basic shapes. In hindsight, I believe I was influenced by the pattern designs of the Wiener Werkstätte textiles of the early 1900s. There is something about this repeat that feels both modern and vintage. I had a great time imagining simple shapes as flowers, and even the leaves created a geometric pattern! The whole effect is that of an organic yet geometric floral horizontal stripe. The scale is small, to work on small products like face masks. This particular colorway is designed to coordinate with my Color Me Happy Collection, which includes the following prints: Happy Hygge Cozy Reading!; Dancing Trapezoids. and Happy Hearts. It you would like this design in a different colorway or scale, please message me. I will do my best to work with you! Gotta run! I have to water the circles, squares and triangles in my virtual garden -- oh, and weed the rectangles and diamonds!
