Check the 2-yard view. To create your own wall hanging from this fabric, order yardage, and trim it to establish a balanced composition. A width of a yard or meter will provide a nice offset, where the divisions appear as four asymmetric panels of color. Select a fabric with less sag --canvas, faux suede, crepe de chine... and a way to keep it flat. Try hanging from dowels, or setting up three equal-sized frames and offsetting the design differently with each. Back the fabric with batting for a softer fit, and it will protect the fabric from the acid and oils in the wood. Other hanging methods: fold over curtain rods, staple to dowels, hang from acrylic or pvc piping with ribbon cafe tabs. Permanence can be improved with Scotchguard, low lighting, and padding areas that might touch wood.
