Once again we are chanelling William Morris, though his leaves have a lot more verve than any I draw. But the feeling of old Morris wallpapers has somehow been passed into my soul, even though I never saw or heard of him until long after I had started drawing these abstract nineteenth century type things. You get a touch of art nouveau and craftsman, amoeba-like blossoms, and flowing vines. The shade of green on my monitor is mint. On my printed swatch it has more olive/parrot to it. Because Spoonflower is working on changing their ink profile as this was created, I do not know if those exact shades will change. (file m11d2, #1130191)
