you need is a cotton backing fabric.
This cloth can be purchased without the guidelines if you'd prefer not to quilt it :) See the Cloth with NO gridlines (http://www.spoonflower.com/collections/164935-diy-cot-quilt-grey-monochrome-by-kookinutsrawcuts) collection. This design has been set up to print on a yard of KONA cotton. You'll also need to purchase a backing fabric through Spoonflower, or from your local fabric store. You may like to add batting between the top and bottom layers of cotton, and bind the outside for a more authentic quilt - but you don't have to.
