From the Fabric Design series on Creativebug I was inspired to try carved block printing (my tropical leaves) with computer layering. The background is from a tissue paper dying experiment from a different class. After watching the fabric classes I wanted to try some more hand-drawn coordinates in the waves and woven companions. Due to the printing process at Spoonflower, I did not limit my color palette to only flat colors.
