Cut 4-5 strips (depending on fabric width) approximately 18in long x 5in wide per fat quarter, fold in half right sides facing, and sew sides with 1/4 seam. If adding top edge trim, it may be easier to add the trim before sewing the 2nd seam. Turn right side out and press with iron if needed depending on fabric choice. Trim tops of bags with pinking sheers to finish the raw edge, or turn hem and top stitch, and add more trim to hemmed edge if you like. Fill with favors or snacks and tie with raffia or white ribbon, or other color you love. Enjoy!
