Each stripe is 4.2 cm = 1.65 inches wide, a width often used in bindings on clothes. My preferred fabrics for bindings on knit baby clothes are either Organic Cotton Knit or Cotton Spandex Jersey. This design is part of the Retro Christmas Collection 2022, in which designers from all aroudn the globe created designs with the same colour palette. Thus making them all coordinate perfectly.
