This pattern is taken from an 18th-century French cotton print held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art (you can see the original at https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/227477). I adapted the original to make the pattern slightly less column-based and, in this version, shifted it to a blue that coordinates with my Fanny Hill toile.
