This is the path pilgrims take to the town of Galicia Spain where traditions hold that James, an apostle of Jesus, is buried. Pilgrims would often take a shell home as a token for completing the journey. Now shells are guides for pilgrims. They can be found on any of the paths leading to Galicia. At night, the Milky Way overhead seems to point the way.
