Just enter in that you are ordering 4 yards to get to full halves. Seam lines are added to make it easy to join the two half rounds so the pattern matches. Cut lines added for the Waist and bottom to make it easy to cut out. The waist is for a 27-28 inch waist. From the waist to the hemline is 29-inches allowing for a 1-inch hem. If you need a different sizing just ask.
