All designs by Jamie Lewis
I'm a mother of 4, quilter, nurse midwife, art hobbyist now aspiring to become a surface pattern designer. I love feedback so please comment on any of my work. I'm taking a year to practice using photoshop and illustrator, mostly self-taught. Having fun!
Description:
Inspired by the contrast between harsh, arid desert and delicate blossoms, this collection highlights the prickly pear cactus and other edible and ornamental flowers which thrive on the Western slope of Colorado. On a hike where you might spot a lizard, hawk, or snake, you can also find the soft and luscious petals, leaves and blooms of Colorado's high desert foliage.
