About this design:
The calming surf, the refreshing drinks, even the soft sand in-between your toes – so much is right with the beach! This week we challenged you to build sandcastles and many of you took inspiration from your collection of seashells, driftwood, coastal birds, or even the nearest children's sandbox (for those of us who are landlocked). It's evident we've got some experienced sandcastle sculptors on our hands! Congratulations to the winner of this week's contest, Kate Rhees, with her beautiful Seagull Tracks design! Please give a big shout out to all the top ten winners in this week's Sandcastles Design Challenge!
Details
Meditate over your next beach vacation as you create the sandcastle design of your dreams. Beach or bust! Create a sandcastle-inspired design to be previewed at the fat quarter size (21" x 18"). Deadline for entry is Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015. Voting will open Thursday, June 4th, 2015.

- Designs will be viewed as a Fabric on the voting ballot. Acceptable repeat options for this challenge are Basic, Half-Drop, Half-Brick, Mirror, Center.
- Public designs previously uploaded on Spoonflower.com are not eligible for this contest. Designs do not require printed proofing to enter the contest.
- The popular vote determines the top 10 winning designs. Voters include Spoonflower artists and customers as well as the public.
