I'm a fan of many design styles, and I enjoy making novelty prints. Many are inspired by sweets; and all are made from scratch. I'm happy to do scale changes upon request. Selling goods made with my fabrics is okay!

Gnome babies with their gnana and papa gnomes.

"Grandmother's Flower Garden", the classic quilt pattern, is the pattern used for all of the gnomes' hats, as you may have noticed. Gnome Nursery's overall layout, also, was inspired by vintage quilts. I changed the the shape and layout of the classic "Orange Peel" pattern. All of the gnomes have a shape more like an orange leaf than an orange peel. The babies are exactly the same shape as their elders, just smaller; and the same orange leaf shape is featured in two other tiny patterns used for the gnomes' clothing. Dedicated to my babies' lovely Nana GG.

gingembre says: Lovely concept and design, with an incredible amount of intricate detail! This would be so beautiful in a nursery or young child's room as wallpaper, bedding, or framed art, or sewn into a cute outfit for a baby or bigger child. It would make darling gift wrap, too. Bravo!
