Description:

Inspired by A. A. Milne's poem "Before Tea". It is about

Inspired by A. A. Milne's poem "Before Tea". It is about a little girl named Emmeline whose goes missing. Her friends believe she's gone because they pointed out that she wasn't clean. They call after her "EMMELINE!" When they finally find her she calls them silly as if it was a simple misunderstanding. She had gone to see the Queen who told her she was "purfickly clean". What I love about this poem is that it illustrates how unimportant other's opinions of us are and what truly is most important is how God sees us. A smaller size version can be found here.

joybucket

joybucket says: Thanks for the comments. The photo I uploaded seems a little lighter on my computer screen. The fabric is brighter in real life. I'm happy with how the printer colors match the design on the computer.

This is an adorable and really well done design to illustrate it!

ceanirm...

ceanirminger says: This is so great! Love your colors, the non directional repeat, and the fact that even the word clean is yelling for Emmeline. I have a niece names Emmeline who also happens to be purfeckly clean, so this is that much more special to me!
