Description:

’Racing gaff-rigged skiffs, green on gray-blue by Su_G': Racing gaff-rigged skiffs, acid-green sails on a wind-whipped gray-blue sea. The characteristic shape of these boats has fascinated me ever since I first saw one in a 1930s picture on the brag wall of the local sailing club. Modern racing skiffs are a wonderful sight - like a flight of water-borne butterflies from a distance. © Su Schaefer 2014.

'Racing stripe coordinate, green on gray-blue' is a matching stripe. See more gaff-rigged skiff designs by Su_G.
