Description:

A pseudo batik background of stars and spots forms a lawn behind a jaunty crop of summer sunflowers. Their stems are twisted and tangled --which is something real sunflower stems don't do. But art sunflowers can do anything.(file g95a2, #2175873)

edsel2084

edsel2084 says: Not really. This isn't computer generated art where all the colors are coded in. It was hand drawn with lots of shades and halftones that don't result in clean color swaps. There is no way to make the flowers bigger or smaller in relation to the rest of the design, though the whole design can be printed larger as it is. I have other g95 designs which were made from this same hand drawn art. One of those might have the sunflowers in a different proportion. And a few of the color changes you have in mind might work (for instance, cutting it down to 3 colors instead of its current 24). But the long list of changes you have in mind can't all be done to hand drawn art. And the specific of certain lines being one color probably would not work.

chicodog says: would it be possible to enlarge sunflowers a bit and make design predominantly light aqua and sunflower yellow - may darker aqua in some of the accent lines? This is for wedding tables.
