A casual and flowing mid century modern design, evocative of trendy curtains from that era, and hipsters sitting around with cups of coffee, listening to jazz.
I purposely made this a cross between the fifties hipster nuclear waste style and the later sixties styles because the contest assignment was ambiguous as to whether they wanted mid century modern or mod (two different styles and times). This could sort of be either, or be a modern style of 2013.

Side note: Because of the contest I have set this design's fabric mode to a 4.21 X 9.84 scale. All other modes are in approximately 1.72 X 4. Though you may, of course, choose any size for this design, I plan to re-set it to 1.72 when the contest is over. If you would like another size, just ask before ordering.

rhondadesigns says: There is a fabulous impression of deep and mysterious depths hidden behind this intricate filigree pattern! The fascinating line-work of your design is reminiscent of the flowing lines of the sixties psychedelic art forms. It was a decorative style popular in fashion, and was widely used to illustrate record jackets and book covers!
