Karla's photo of a basketball just got to me, immediately when I saw it, and I e-mailed her right away to ask for permission to do some designs based on the basketball seams from her photo. Strange, eh: there's nothing flat at all about a basketball, but it inspired a bunch of designs made working flat ;-)
