dlconnolly says: Love the print, looks great on the fabrics I ordered. However, disappointed in the direction of the print on 2 of the 3 fabrics. The velvet is perfect, printed along the vertical. Unfortunately, for the satin and the performance stretch, it was printed on the horizontal. I loose valuable vertical space when cutting and the performance stretch is only a 2 way stretch. I will look at the return policy. But for next time, how can I specify to have the print run parallel to the side selvage?

glimmericks says: Yes. They are actually a deep purple grosgrain textured stripe. They are very clear in the print, as are even the tiniest beads and the "pen and ink" shadow hatching on the ribbons. The design prints up so well, but the fuzzy small image just doesn't show it all off to advantage, particularly in the FQ view.

motyka says: The argile is a fabulous piece. Yet, this one has its own merit. Are the subtle gray stripes more accentuated in the swatch?

glimmericks says: I ended up putting in an argyle design into the contest. I wasn't quite happy with the way this looked on the screen in the FQ view because you lose so many of the details. Just received the fabric in the mail. It is one that looks better when you have it in your hot little hands.

fireflower says: I love the twining ribbons in this design ... and the way the beads seem to float like raindrops. Good luck in the contest!
