This is a design derived from an old burlap sack. A slightly larger identical image is available for scaled up imagery(shown in swatch photo).

The alternative (larger) burlap sack linked to here >> is scaled for larger images and is closest to the size/scale of the original sack.

materialsgirl says: Thank you Renee! I haven't yet purchased the bag so can't vouch for how it looks in person, but I'm happy with the image.

materialsgirl says: Thanks Lisa! This is a fun fabric and I got such a kick seeing it as wallpaper when that option became available on SF last fall. And now gift wrap! Weeeeeeee..... But the most fun for me is seeing designs take shape in 3-D on sites like Zazzle and CafePress to name only two. I read the other day about the new 3-d printers....absolutely mind boggling and so exciting!

vanillabeandesigns says: Wow, Cal, you are right - this scruffy feed sack design looks SO fantastic on the messenger bag! I can't wait to set up a zazzle shop of my own - I have been meaning to look into it...

materialsgirl says: Larger scale available (follow the link) on separate shop page. This larger scale more closely approximates the actual scale of the feed sack fabric.

materialsgirl says: I just have to share this.... Zazzle is such a hoot and for those of us who enjoy the instant gratification of seeing our designs quickly and magically transformed into everyday objects, there is no better entertainment. I just got around to creating a store there this week and was focused on making some laptop and messenger shoulder bags when it occurred to me that this burlap design would look good on the laptop bag. It makes me smile :^ ). I then could not resist putting it on plates, t-shirts, etc. I've name my store Enso.
