Description:

Reminiscent of a Delft tile, this blue and white design is an elegant yet cheerful, modern yet classic.

This pattern can be customized in so many ways ~ color, scale, faux finishes and coordinates. Just visit Peacoquette.com to find out how you can get your own bespoke pattern. The reverse is available as well. This prints a tad dark depending on the fabric. A brighter color is available. http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/1581550

paragonstudios says: Yes I used to get that magazine. it's was probably what got me inspired to do the B/W I used that decor in the 90s my daughter and son were very young. I thought it was the prettiest decor I had ever seen. I too had my bedroom done up in B/W a battenburg lace duvet on a white jasmine iron and brass headboard made by elliott. I payed over $300 for just the headboard never could afford the footboard. I sold it 20 years later and I still got $275 the brass didn't have a speck on it, it still looked brand new. You cant go wrong with a elliott bed. After seeing this design makes me miss my B/W. I just ran across Neiman Marcus's Traditional dinnerware I could die for, So funny I even had a little round pedestal table, with 2 place settings of melody blue where i would drink my coffee in the morning, I was inspired!

peacoquettedesigns says: I am OBSESSED with blue and white. Spode in particular. I have a lot of reproductions of the earlier stuff and a few antique pieces. I just love it. Before my front parlor was overrun with my Bronte collection, it was a b&w haven. Now they are mostly in the kitchen, but every room in my house from the nursery to the bathroom has at least one piece of blue and white! I do almost every pattern I make in some combination, but I never match the shades because I like the hodgepodge created by truly collecting blue and white and Wedgwood. Have you ever seen the Victoria Magazine blue and white issues each year? They are just like heaven!

paragonstudios says: This is beautiful! Almost make me want to revert back to my obsession with collecting blue and white vintage porcelain and doing my kitchen up in these colors again. I had Myott Melody-blue for the table but ordained my walls with any vintage B/W I could get my hands on.
