lyddiedoodles says: fireflower--I have a die-cutting machine and software that lets me design my own shapes, so I created shapes for each of the layers of color and had them cut from scraps of paper, then put them together into the collage. Prior to owning a die-cutting machine, I would just cut out my shapes with an exacto knife and do it that way. The little circle bits of confetti, I made using an ordinary old hole-punch.
