sef says: It might not always stay the same colour. I'm hoping to get some more of my usual gradients working under v2; whereas the range I could get without discontinuities under v1 was too limited to give the necessary impact, making them not worth bothering with compared with plain contrasting colours. Eg 2 years ago here I struggled to find any workable gradients for my eggies.

glimmericks says: The addition of gradients really make this design pop to life. Good choice!

fireflower says: I love the addition of the gradients, and this colourway --- they provide a very much under-the-sea home for the lovely octopods.

sef says: This variant wasn't really possible until Spoonflower (partly) fixed their colour print profile so that more gradients worked adequately and covered a decent range. The problems with the geek contest are: (a) I don't believe they really mean it; and (b) there's a sort of job attached. I'm a bit busy being retired.

whimzwhirled says: Wow! You are the master of tessellation. This is very cool. I also love the shades of white version but I think this is my favorite. Amazing work. I sure hope your entering the geek contest as I think you are the best geek I have seen on Spoonflower. You can take that as a total compliment.
