@rhondadesigns: I should also say, I was thinking of my 89 year old grandma when I set up the repeat. . . she likes to make baby quilts for all her great grand-children. She always uses whole pieces of cloth, one fun juvenile print for the top and a flannel for the bottom with a nice thick batting and then just ties the quilt together using the print as marks. Here, she could use the lily to tie making a hexagon pattern or the frog as a marker to tie on (or next to) and she'd get a diamond pattern.
