I have created a girls wrap around skirt for the one yard skirt contest. It will fit up to approx. 26 inch waist and length is approx 17 inch, I won't put an age to it as children vary such a lot. My design features a whimsical Secret Garden, created in shades of chocolate and pink.I also managed to fit into the yard, a cute little pouch purse and a yo-yo brooch to compliment any little girl's outfit. A good suggestion from a lady who bought the skirt pattern, she added some snap fasteners, a good idea to keep the skirt secure on a windy day!
