I have some originally black and white batik which I dye-painted - I used that as the inspiration for the layout of this design. I fell in love with it as I was dye-painting it - stretched out between sawhorses in the yard. But this drawing uses the leaf shapes from my leaf texture design.This graphic floral is meant to go with the Leaf Texture, Double Cats, and Tessellating Trilliums designs.It is in the Bluegreens & Brown colorway, with light cloisonne-style edges.This is the small version; each flower & leaf unit is about 3 inches long.
